The College of Education Online Scholarship Application can be used for all scholarships offered by our college. All fields are required except those marked Optional. After you have completed and submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming the submission of your application.

TRANSCRIPTS/TEST SCORES: After submitting this application, you must send a copy of your most recent ISU transcript including courses you are currently enrolled in (unofficial is acceptable).
LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION: May be submitted if you believe they are advantageous. The maximum number of letters accepted are two. Click here for a complete list of scholarships requiring letters of recommendation.
DISTINGUISHED TEACHER SCHOLSHIP REQUIREMENT: Candidate must present evidence establishing him/her as a potential distinguished teacher. Evidence CAN include, but is not limited to, a portfolio of work, video tape of actual teaching methods and procedures, actual lesson plans, pre- and post-test evaluations, or letters of recommendation from administrator or supervisors.
